Before you can book a shipment via this web-site, you will need a password. For existing customers, your account-number is used as your logon name. In order to get advanced access to this site, please send an e-mail, including your account-number to info@skynetworldwide.com During office hours your password will be e-mailed to you within 30 minutes. After receipt of this password, you will have full access to our web-site and you can start to create and book your shipments online.

Enter shipment |
|
This menu offers you the possibility to create online a Bill of lading and at the same time book your shipment.
- After full completion of all fields, click the button 'Send Request'.
- Next page will show you the unique Bill of lading number under which your shipment will be send.
- Print your Bill of lading. Printing can be done either via the 'print-button' or via the print-button of your browser.
- The printed Bill of lading must be placed on the actual shipment itself. For this you can use self-adhesive plastic windows for the Bill of lading. These can be ordered in the menu 'Order Stationery'. IMPORTANT! When shipping a multiple pieces shipment, to each individual shipment acopy of a Bill of lading must be attached!
- You will automatically receive a notification by e-mail that we successfully received the data relating to your shipment. The pick-up time that you have requested is subject to the Planning Department's approval. When a certain pick-up time can not be met, you will receive an e-mail informing you that our Customer Service Department will contact you in order to arrange an alternative pick-up time.
IMPORTANT!!
In case you have to cancel a shipment, or alter its data, it is essential that you contact our Customer Service Department!

This menu will show you a chronological overview of your shipments you have sent during the past 10 days. (Standard setting.)
By clicking on the Bill of lading number, you will recall the Bill of lading on your screen. If desired, you can re-print a copy of it.
In this menu you will also find a link to 'Driver/Pick-up overview. When you have completed entering all your shipments, go to this page and print the drivers' pick-up list. The driver will sign your copy, which is the actual proof of receipt for the shipments the driver has taken with him/her.

After you have entered here your Bill of lading number, this menu shows you the actual status of your shipment.

Pricing |
| |
This menu offers you the possibility to determine the shipping-costs of a shipment. Without a password, you will only have access to the standard, published rates. When you have logged-on with your password, you are able to view your customised rates. There is an extra option, which shows you the extra costs whenever you have requested a 'special service shipment'.

Settings
|
|
In this menu you should IMMEDIATELY, upon receipt of your password via e-mail, change it into your own, easy-to-remember password. Furthermore, this menu offers you the possibility to alter certain fields, amongst;
- E-mail address.
- Name contact-person.
- Number of copies when printing the bill of lading.
